Artificial Intelligence has done some amazing feats in the recent past. The creation of AI robot which was awarded citizenship of Saudi Arabia. That is the just the beginning of what AI can do. Anything we do in the tech world is to achieve higher state of comfort and luxury. AI and Machine Learning which are interdependent can disrupt the way we see things today, customer experience is the core idea behind every tech, however, AI is capable of much more and the experts agree with this argument.

A day when google stops using AI

Imagine Google platform without AI. The very thought is disturbing. With the click of a button you are able to plot, get data from other websites and draw insightful illustrations using Google Finance and Google Sheets. The Voice Assistant google created is pure AI. You are talking to an AI every day. It is helping you navigate the websites, do your tasks on time, check your emails, call someone without taking your phone from your pocket. All of this comes under customer experience.

The interest in people is augmenting day by day

Google is the only company which has very broad AI platform. That is the reason we are talking about it now. The fact that other companies are increasingly showing interest in AI is praise worthy. The fact that people are showing surreal interest in learning AI and Machine Learning is another proof how much we love to see AI come to life.

What is the role of Artificial Intelligence in Customer Service?

Customer service units in any company is crammed with people talking into their headsets or typing away answers in Live chat. Think about a day where one program can answer all your customers’ queries. You don’t need to employ a big team of people just to talk to your customers. You don’t need to buy a ton of equipment to run that team, all you need to do is build an intelligent chat bot that can give instant answers to your customer’s question. This is the true meaning of quality customer service.

If a company still wants to give its customers a true customer service experience with real agents sitting in a room and clearing queries, that is still fine because there are a ton of operations within that room which can be automated with the help of AI.

The transformation into AI systems is inevitable, it is only a matter of time. Being company in 2017 to stay relevant you need to modify and configure your systems to use AI. Machine Learning is a great library of algorithms which gives great support and flexibility to the AI application. If your company cares about customer service, it is better to adopt AI and make it more pleasant.
