ChatGPT is considered as one of the most popular AI-backed chatbot which was developed by OpenAI. ChatGPT is now available on iOS and can be downloaded by the users to sync their chat history across devices. As per the developer, the ChatGPT on iOS will support voice input which will make the use of smartphones easier. Customers who have subscribed to ChatGPT Plus will have access to OpenAI’s advanced GPT-4 large language model.

As per the news revealed by OpenAI, the launch of the ChatGPT app for iOS devices is available for US forst. It is expected to expand to other countries in the coming weeks.

ChatGPT app for iOS is presently at the top of the productivity list on the App Store in the US. The app is only available for iPhone and asks for iOS 16.1. It is inclusive of an optional in-app purchase of $19.99 for a monthly subscription to ChatGPT Plus.

There are several other smartphone apps that integrated ChatGPT via application programming interfaces (APIs). The application are designed in such a way that the work on Apple Watch and smart watches can run on Wear OS.

OpenAI also informed that the users who have downloaded the app based on AI chatbot can be inaccurate with regard to details about facts, places, or people. With this, the users can share any sensitive details.

There’s no information about when Android users will be able to try out the official app. Rival giant, Google recently opened up early access to its Bard chatbot, where the users can also download the Microsoft Bing app to access a chatbot that is based on OpenAI’s GPT-4 large language model.
