Cloud-Based Design Startup Infurnia Secures $1.2M in Angel Round

Bengaluru-based startup Infurnia has secured $1.2 million funding in an angel round and it was led by Yogesh Chaudhary, who is the owner of Jaipur Rugs. With the fresh investment, the cloud-native architecture design software company has received a total of $4.9 million of funding since its inception in 2014.

Infurnia was founded by Nikhil Kumar and Lovepreet Mann. It offers a cutting-edge cloud-based platform that helps professionals in designing buildings, interiors and modular kitchens efficiently as well as collaboratively. It raised $240K in funding in September 2020 from angel investors. The investors then included Pallav Nadhani, founder of FusionCharts.

The startup has achieved remarkable growth in such a short time and expanded its client base to more than 600 clients. It has also reached to an annual recurring revenue (ARR) milestone of $1 million. Its notable clients include LivSpace, Hometown, Purvankara and Urban Ladder.

The fresh capital will enable Infurnia to accelerate its innovation efforts and thereafter enhance the capabilities of its platforms. The investment will also support its expansion plans as well as meet the growing demand for its services.
