Rtbrick, which is a Bangalore based cloud infrastructure startup as now secured $6 Million in the funding round of Series A from the Swisscom Ventures and Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners. The company has plans to grow their sales in the US and Europe and to expand the engineering workforce in India.
The founding team member of the Rtbrick, Pravin and Hannes are the Juniper Network Alumni. Rtbrick has a promising solution for cloud-based networking. According to the Walter, CTO of Telekom Deutschland, Rtbrick cloud networking infrastructure stack is a cornerstone of the company ‘Access 4.0’ blueprint which will fundamentally change how networks are purely built and operated in the 2020 and much beyond.
For the DTCP, the investment is as of now made with the Telekom Innovation Pool fund, which DTCP manages on behalf of the Deutsche Telekom. Telekom Innovation Fund mainly focuses more on the investments with the significant strategic impact for the Deutsche Telekom.
