It is a belief in more than half of Britain’s businesses that artificial intelligence will perform more and more roles. An artificial intelligence is putting them at odds with doomsayers predicting a widespread jobs bloodbath

There is an expectation among various employers that artificial intelligence (AI) will actually boost employment in the upcoming years.

Britain businessmen are expecting that the AI tools and technologies that is inclusive of ChatGPT, machine learning and virtual reality is going to help existing employees in gaining some of the latest skills or retrain.

IT recruiter experts have made a survey that more than 2,000 British employees is having the positive attitude towards artificial intelligence. It is also said that the tech will also helpful in engaging more staff.

Goldman Sachs is making a prediction that 300 million jobs will be lost globally due to AI.

Telecoms incumbent BT announced that the artificial intelligence was reduce 55,000 jobs by the end of the decade. AI and other tech can also make the replacement of 10,000 workers in its customer service division.

Rahul Kumar, director at Experis has mentioned this words that these findings suggest the mood amongst employers. AI will be having negative impact on future jobs. It seems that many businesses are feeling optimistic for the AI and the AI is potential enough to make the utilization of effective recruitment and retention.

81% employees in the IT sector are facing difficulties in filling open roles.

More than half of IT employers in the UK are willing to do the hiring of staff, and 12% are expecting to make workers redundant.

Cybersecurity expertise is the most pressing requisite, followed by user experience and general technical support.

However, Britain will have to fight hard for the recruitment of tech talent.
