EY, which is an accounting and consultancy firm, has now acquired the Bangalore based customer relationship management solution company C Centric Solutions to strengthen its digital transformation services.
The consultancy firm is planning to work on a customer insight-driven strategy, which will even help the organizations to work with new technologies like robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, cloud, and analytics, according to the report which has been revealed.
The company which is founded by the Gerald, Vinod, Shubho, and Vineet in the year 2017. C Centric Solutions provides an independent software vendors solution built on platforms like the Microsoft Dynamic. It also offers the support and deployment for online as well as for on-premise implementations.
“CRM implementation is key to a digital roadmap of an organisation and puts customer insights at the centre of the business transformation strategy,” Shubho Bhattacharrya, chief executive officer, C Centric, said.
EY offers transaction, tax, assurance, and advisory services to clients across the globe. It has, as of now completed more than 120 acquisitions in the last six years across the globe and has more than 21 alliances with the technology major globally. It has more than 2800 professionals working in India.
