Vian System, which is an AI startup founded by the Vishal Sikka, a former executive vice chairman, MD, and CEO of Infosys, has now secured $50 Million in the funding round led by the two unknown investors, according to the report which has been revealed.
Founded by the Sikka, Vian System is a California, Palo Alto technology company operating in stealth mode in the San Francisco Bay Area.
According to the report which has been revealed, Vian System offered $50 Million in equity for the sales and the sale has been completed. This even “includes the contribution of certain intellectual property assets”, the company revealed in a report.
“Mr. Sikka is receiving no compensation for his role in the offering beyond his usual and customary salary as an officer of the corporation,” said the filing.
Sikka himself is a Ph.D in AI from the Stanford University and a Doctorate of Engineering from the Queensland University.
Sikka, which is an Indian American, had resigned from Infosys as a CEO and MD in the August 2017 and the reasons reported at that time was his attempt of moving the Infosys into the Robotics and AI Ventures.
