To offload the bulk of digital assets the General Electric Co. is all set to press their restructuring hard work to more of it. They are selling off all their digital business because there are just falling down to the industrial internet ambitions.

The Wall Street Journal stated on Monday that people are very much aware about the matter as their as they are saying that the GE has able to retain their services with an investment bank that there has to be auction for some parts of their digital group, but still it is not enough to clear that at this part of time that which part of the business is meant for selling.

GE has done their work quiet well by managing all the potential buyers in a row, in the list of buyers there are several software firms and digital based industrial companies that are willing to high up their scale with the help of their own digital efforts, said the Journal.

Immelt had made their mind to make General Electric among top 10 software company by 2020, and for this they have hired almost thousands of software programmers along with funding big research programs into those efforts so that they can utilise their business for the benefit. The company has already spend more than $4 billion just for developing analytics and machine learning software in 2016 itself, said the Journal. GE has also put their digital business at the front of their marketing efforts, giving the name of a new “digital industrial” age.

The company is in mood of turning their health care and railroad locomotive businesses, according to the Journal. GE will be doubling their core aviation, power and renewable energy businesses.

General Electric has also refused to know anything  about the report telling that the Journal that they have not commented on the rumor or speculation.  The Journal also claimed that they are not going to have much impact on General Electric , which have the value much more than $100 billion. This is going to be interesting that the GE will be knowing their value.
