Google Assistant, AI can now answer Airtel’s customer care-related queries

In the latest technology development, Airtel now has collaborated with the Google to simply up the process of the customer services experiences by integrating the Artificial Intelligence Powered Google Assistant with the help of its customer care offerings. Airtel users now able to get their queries resolved instantly with the help of Google Assistant. With the help of this new feature, Airtel users were now going to have a rich conversational experience.

As of now, this service is available in English, and will soon be going to come up in multiple regional languages to deliver a more personalized experience to the millions of Indians and also to encourage them to come online. Google Assistant will also keep the track on the questions which the customers are asking and will enable the responses with the help of a Google Assistant to improve the robustness and flexibility of the Airtel Voice Action.

This innovative initiative is a part of Project Next, which is Airtel digital India Innovation program, aimed at transforming the customer experience across all its services.

During the launch, Sarang Kanade, Director, Customer Experience & Retail, Bharti Airtel said: “As part of our digital transformation journey, this is another yet innovation to empower our customers. With smartphones fast becoming the norm for every Indian, this will make digital self-care much more interactive and step up the customer experience. We will continue to bring more such exciting solutions for the ‘Digital India.’

All an Android user need to do is to long press the home button to launch the Google Assistant, and iOS users need to download the Google Assistant app from the App Store. Airtel Assistant open by just saying the “Ask Airtel,” “Get Airtel” or “Talk To Airtel.”
