As of now, the telephone operator is available only for the American’s, the service also aims to help the small businesses block unwanted calls, provide basic information on businesses, and help customers with simple queries such as a booking an appointment or placing any of the order. It also provides with the actionable insights.
“CallJoy helps small business owners offer better customer service, make more informed business decisions and ultimately increase productivity,” Bob Summers, general manager at CallJoy, said in a blog post.
The company also claimed that it would also offer a similar suite of customer service solutions that have only been available for any of the larger corporations.
Google also revealed that the CallJoy would also offer the option of recording calls. The files would then be encrypted to text, which would be available for search on the dashboard of CallJoy to facilitate easier tractability of subjects addressed on the phone calls.
With the help of saving the phone number, audio and transcripts of the call, the business owner has the option of tagging all the specific calls to run reports and gain any of the actionable insights.
Some of the other nights are also available to the user which includes the peak call times, call volume, and data on the new callers and returning callers. The app also aggregates the data on a day to day basis and sends it to the customer.
CallJoy as of now is available on the invite basis but Google revealed that this service as of now is open to all users.
