HCL Technologies partners with Google Cloud to enable hybrid cloud

HCL Technologies which is a leading global technology company, today revealed it has now become a Google Cloud Platform Premier Partner. The new collaboration will help enterprises to accelerate the adoption of GCP at the scale and further strengthens HCL portfolio of cloud services. HCL is also an early adopt of Anthos, Google Cloud new open cloud platform, which also helps its clients build and manage the hybrid cloud services and modernize the applications with the microservices and containers architectures.

This will help our clients to create more responsive digital enterprises that drive business agility and accelerate innovation. The partnership also supports the continuation of HCL’s Mode 1-2-3 strategy, as we extend the availability of our products and platforms via the GCP Marketplace.”

The collaboration will see the HCL to create a Center of Excellence, to be embedded in its cloud-native labs in the London, New York, and Noida, to help its customers and clients experience the speed, scalability, and innovation that GCP offers. HCL Cloud Native Labs spearhead the adoption of the CloudFoundry and Kubernets ecosystem for its clients.

HCL will also help the customers to migrate applications to take full advantage of the GCP and offer the next generation services to accelerate building some of the new application on GCP, the cloud-native labs will offer cloud strategy, cloud-native cultural transformation services for GCP and proof of concept building. HCL will also implement an extensive internal training programme to enable its workforce to develop some of the skills and become certified on GCP.
