To resolve up these challenges, Infogain working in the partnership with the Automation Anywhere, designed an intelligent Bot which will now be going to utilizes the Google cloud AutoML Vision Object Detection API’s which also automatically identifies the amenities by looking at the pictures available publicly. After the bot gathers the info, then the agent adds the pricing and some of the necessary information to complete the listing. The API ‘Intelligent ‘Bot helped double the listing activation and even reduced the turnaround time by more than 80%.

“This is not just a validation of our Digital Workforce Platform’s extensibility and openness, but also a great example of how RPA + AI can fundamentally take automation to the next level,” said Abhijit Kakhandiki, SVP Products & Engineering at Automation Anywhere. “The customer is automating almost 100% of the listing process while improving their cycle time, but more importantly, preparing to tackle ten times the number of transactions next year.”
