South Korean auto major Kia Motors Corporation is thinking about an ease electric vehicle (EV) for India in a joint effort in partnership with the firm Hyundai Motors and requires a personal utilization for Electric Vehicles to be incorporated for government support under the FAME II conspire in India.

As per a top company official. The organisation, that is a part of the Hyundai Motor Group, is planning to establish four new models, involving its recent modified SUV Seltos, in the following two years in India, yet it claimed that the minimal-expenses EV would be a different task.

At the Auto Expo of 2018, Kia had reported that it wanted to present a different scope of vehicles in India, involving an India-restrictive conservative electric vehicle somewhere in the range of the year 2019 and 2021.

The Chief of Kia exclaimed that Kia Motors presently has a few items for crossover, plug-in-hybrid, electric vehicle, and fuel component vehicles which are being sold across the world. Hyundai again, is then equipping to dispatch its electric SUV Kona in India subsequently the next month.

The Rs 10,000 crore FAME II plan imagines appropriation on bikes that incorporates individual utilisation. For three and four-wheeler sessions, motivating forces will be pertinent on vehicles utilised for open transport or enrolled business purposes.

Through the plan support, 10 lakh electric bikes, five lakh three-wheelers, 55,000 four-wheelers and 7,000 transports would be given as  significant step ahead towards the EV.
