The Circle: Founders Club (The Circle FC) has once again emerged as a game-changer in the global startup ecosystem. It lately hosted the K-Startup Centre India 2024 Demo Day in Gurugram and the theme was “Bridging Cultures, Powering Innovation – Korea & India.” It brought to light the growing synergies between India and South Korea.
The Demo Day featured ten South Korean startups spanning diverse sectors like IoT, Edtech, HRTech, sustainability, cybersecurity and F&B. Each startup focused on utilizing the growing market of India as their launchpads for global success. It is not just about market access but also about creating a space where ideas transcend borders to strengthen an ecosystem of shared growth.
The Circle FC provided the startups with mentorship, networking opportunities and exposure to India’s dynamic tech landscape. More than 20 MoUs were signed, over 200 one-on-one meetings took place and five startups are already in the process of setting up shop in India.
The Circle FC has redefined the role of accelerators and it is not just about offering resources or connections but also about nurturing a vision of mutual growth.
