Real estate technology startup Landeed has again secured investments from Paradigm Shift VC. It is a promising proptech startup and the new financing round is a significant milestone for it. However, the funding figure has not been yet disclosed.
Landeed is known for its innovative mobile app. It is looking ahead to simplify access to real estate records. The new capital is learned to help it to expand its product offerings and enhance workforce as well. it will also help them to expand its services in overseas countries.
Landeed secured investment in January 2023 too. It then raised $8.3 million in a funding round led by Y Combinator, Draper Associates and Bayhouse Capital. The capital helped it to establish a strong foundation and simultaneously enhance technological capabilities.
Landeed was founded by Sanjay Mandava, ZJ Lin and Jonathan Richards. Its user-friendly mobile app serves property owners, agents, developers and legal advisors by providing easy access to essential real estate records needed for building, lending and transacting properties.
The company lately introduced an AI Property Analyser. It is a tool that offers comprehensive ownership histories of properties. It details all the transactions and any existing encumbrances.
Landeed has not actively looked for new funds in recent months, but the latest round witnessed heavily oversubscribed. It showcased strong confidence of investors in its vision and potential.
CEO Sanjay Mandava said they were not actively raising funds and had majority of their previous round’s funding intact. However, their strong relationship with Paradigm Shift led to go ahead with more investment. The additional capital will allow them to expand their consumer-side offerings and simultaneously scale their engineering team.
