CarterX, which is a Bangalore based technology logistics platforms for the travelers, has now raised an undisclosed amount of funding from the Mumbai based Angels Networks.
The startup will now be going to use the amount to expand to the new locations, scale operations, develop more partnerships with the airlines, and to promote the brand as well.
The startup which is founded by the Ramya Reddy and Harshvardhan in the year 2017, it provides with the luggage transfer and airport assistance to and from the airport. Passengers can even check in bags from the home and travel to and from the airport without having baggage with them.
“We aim to improve the customer experience by taking the logistical strain away from the airlines and airports and ease the hassle of luggage transport, bag drop and check-in for travelers,” Harshavardhan said.
The company which is run by the CarterPorter Pvt Ltd, it caters both to the B2C and B2B segments with the three services: baggage check-in, mishandled luggage and doorstep delivery pick up. The personalized services allow the users to track their bag, provides 24/7 support and travel the hassle-free with the insurance as well.
