Bangalore and California based marketing automation startup Marax AI has now launched with a goal based user retention and engagement platform which will allow the brands to retain and engage their users with the more personalized delightful experiences in the real-time scenario, driving much more conversions and more meaningful engagements.
The platform is now meant for the broader set of e-commerce customers as the startup also claims to have the 9% reduction in the churn for one of its customers, according to the report which has been revealed.
Marax is incubated at the Axilor Ventures, a startup accelerator as well as the early stage seed fund founded by the Infosys co-founder Kris Gopalakrishnan and SD Shubulal.

According to the startup, “Currently the market lacks a tool which optimizes for user intent and business goals simultaneously. For example – optimizing for a user’s intent to purchase a particular product with a personalized offer while also satisfying marketing budget constraints at the same time. And this is where Marax AI comes in.”
The Artificial intelligence engine at the Marax works by just monitoring millions of real-time data points of the critical moments in the user lifecycle and their interaction with the engagement and retention campaigns to build a deep understanding of the user behaviors with your product or services and then simply engage them with the help of a multi-step recommendation process with the most relevant experiences at the right time through the customer preferred channels of the communications to maximize the long-term user satisfaction.
