McAfee launches MVISION Cloud for Microsoft Teams

McAfee which is a US cybersecurity company said that it has now revealed a McAfee MVISION Cloud for the online collaboration tool for the Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams is a platform which combines video meetings, application integration, workplace chat, and file storage.

McAfee MVISION Cloud for the Microsoft Teams is an extension to the already available security solution that the McAfee MVISION Cloud has for the Microsoft Office 365. It is a cloud access security broker which simply protects the data with the solution that was built for the cloud, in the cloud.

According to the report which has been revealed by the McAfee, the new solution promises to deliver the new API that is based on cloud-native security that will allow the InfoTech teams to collaborate controls, contextual access control and data loss prevention policies from insiders and compromised accounts and audit all user activity. Microsoft Teams is a chat-based solution in Office 365 that allows the user to collaborate.

With the McAfee MVISION Cloud for the Microsoft Team, companies that can answers employees a request for a collaboration platform, while even enforcing the security capabilities which they need to keep the data safe and secure.

“McAfee MVISION Cloud enables IT and security teams to consistently enforce security and compliance controls across all their SaaS, PaaS and IaaS applications, including Microsoft Teams,” said Rajiv Gupta, vice-president of the Cloud Security Business Unit.

McAfee MVISION Cloud for the Microsoft Team also provides with the rich capabilities for investigations and forensics.
