Microsoft has integrated an AI-powered image generator that makes the utilization of DALL-E technology into its Bing chatbot. Microsoft has recently launched the AI tool dubbed Bing Image Creator on desktops for the users of Edge. This new feature is arranged in the sidebar panel in the Edge browser, the new tool would allow users to make the creation of pictures based on their text. The Image Creator will be having four different image options to choose from. Microsoft has made the inclusion of other new features to Edge, including a Drop tool that permits users to access all the content they want to share with themselves.
Microsoft revealed the launch of new features to its Edge browser. OpenAI’s DALL-E-powered AI image generator is now available on desktop for the users of Edge. This feature will be capable enough to make the creation of pictures based on text prompts and can be accessed right from Microsoft Edge’s sidebar. Once the image is selected, users can download it and include it in their document or upload it to social media. For the very first time, the users will be now able to enable the Image Creator by clicking the ‘+’ icon on the Edge sidebar. Microsoft Edge is said to be the first and only browser with an integrated AI image generator.
Along with all this, Microsoft has also launched a new Drop feature in Edge. This feature will allow the users to share photos, notes, documents among different devices in one thread. This functionality is currently available on Edge PC’s, Mac, iOS and Android. The Drop feature can be accessed from the sidebar.
Microsoft Edge’s new feature has allowed users to edit and save Web images without using additional tools or apps. Users can crop, adjust lighting and color, and add filters to web images from the browser itself. The edited image can be saved for later.
Microsoft has improved the Edge efficiency mode feature so that it can facilitate better battery life and more control over how the device consumes power.
