Nutanix which is an enterprise cloud computing software has now deployed its cloud solution at the Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd on the redesign the latter information technology infrastructure.
Nutanix said that it will also installed a new hyper-converged virtualized software solution for the multi-cloud ecosystem that will also enable a centralized management solution while utilizing the process of machine learning predictive analysis and automated data movement to strengthen the company service delivery.
The America based Nutanix, which has founders of the Indian origin, has also developed an Operating System cloud software that helps the organizations across the multiple cloud vendors and platforms like the private, public or hybrid.
Motilal Oswal Financial Services revealed that the several of the business-critical applications ran on the Nutanix platform which includes it is in house trading on the FR2 and RF3, the customer relationship management, application Saathi, and critical high-performance databases. It added that its online trading application, MO Investors which was also developed in house, as well as its mobile application, also works on the Nutanix platform.
“Nutanix’s platforms have increased our application deployment speed, enhanced our virtual machine consolidation, and already registered a 300% improvement in distributed database queries, all the while significantly improving our management and monitoring of the entire infrastructure and reducing our overall infotech (IT) costs,” said Pankaj Purohit, head of IT at Motilal Oswal Financial Services.
Nutanix said that its cloud solution combined the agility and simplicity of the public cloud, with the security and control needed in a private cloud. Built on hyper-converged infrastructure, it integrated compute, storage, and networking in a full-stack solution that runs most of the applications.
