Some may argue that immersive 3D technology in real estate is not entirely new. It is learned that Navigo takes a step further by making the experience practical and not just a marketing gimmick. Static walkthrough videos and touchscreens showing zoomed-in images don’t compare to the real-time interactivity that Navigo offers.

Parge said that sales have increased three to four times and cancellation rates have plummeted to just 1%. Navigo empowers both buyers and sales teams. Buyers are more certain about their decisions and real estate developers can confidently show what they will deliver.

The vision of Navigo does not stop here. Parge has his eyes set on the luxury real estate market as it is projected to grow exponentially in the coming years.
