Nvidia’s Reveals Jetson Nano, an AI Computer That Only Costs $99

Nvidia which is one of the largest chipset maker company has now revealed a $99 artificial intelligence computer which is called by the name as Jetson Nano that can create multiple intelligent systems.

The company has also collaborated with the Amazon Web Services to enable the customers to deploy the deep learning and AI to the millions of connected devices.

Jetson, which is powered and supported by the Nvidia graphics processor unit accelerating libraries for the AI and data science, the AI computer deliver 472 Gigaflops of computing performance for running the AI workloads and consumes as little as 5 watts.

“Jetson Nano makes AI more accessible to everyone—and is supported by the same underlying architecture and software that powers our nation’s supercomputers,” said Deepu Talla, vice president and general manager of autonomous machines at Nvidia.

The Artificial Intelligence computer can run the high-resolution sensors, that can even process many sensors in parallel and multiple modern neural networks on each sensor stream. It also comes with support many popular AI frameworks, which makes it easy for the developers to integrate their preferred models and frameworks into the product.

Nvidia has also revealed a collaboration with the Andy Jassy led Amazon Web Services. This join collaboration solution enables models to be easily trained, created and optimized on AWS, then deployed to Jetson powered edge devices using the AWS IoT Greengrass.
