Oracle Unveils Next-Gen AI Enhancements at Cloud World Mumbai 2024

At the recent Oracle Cloud World event in Mumbai, Oracle unveiled exciting upgrades to its Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) portfolio to target logistics improvement. These enhancements promise to simplify as well as improve logistics operations for customers and offer expanded business intelligence capabilities, better logistics network modeling, a new trade incentive program, updates to the Oracle Transportation Management Mobile App and improved workbenches.

In the segment of artificial intelligence, Oracle did not hold back either. The company introduced upgrades for its Autonomous Database to make it easier to add AI and advanced machine learning to apps. One notable update is the Autonomous Database Select AI to help create AI-powered apps smoothly. Furthermore, Oracle Machine Learning received a spatial enhancement for improved location relationships in machine learning models as well as a user-friendly “no-code” model monitoring interface.

But wait, there is more. The company also brought out a new look for its Autonomous Database Graph Studio. Users can easily make graphs showing connections in their data with it. You just drag and drop to procees and there is no need for hard coding or copying data. It helps organizations understand how things are linked without making things complicated.

Deepa Param Singhal, vice president of Oracle India, talked about the improvements. She said Oracle wants to help customers save money and work better by using AI. She mentioned that Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is growing fast and making a big impact with a growth rate of 34%.

With these upgrades, Oracle keeps pushing what can be done better in the logistics segment by using AI. The company is promising a brighter future for businesses not just in India but everywhere.
