PayU, which is a Naspers owned payment solutions provider, has now signed a deal with the Zoho customer relationship management to help merchants digitize the businesses in India.

The integration even allows the businesses to add payment requests and collection features on the Zoho CRM and track payments, according to the report which has been issued by the PayU.

The integration will also allow the business running on the Zoho CRM to open multiple payment modes, which even includes the UPI, debit cards, credit card, and net banking.

“With this partnership, Indian businesses will be able to manage their client’s information, business and their payments – all from one place,” Nameet Potnis, vice president of marketing and growth at PayU, said in the statement  “With this association, we are expecting a surge in PayU India’s business, since all the merchants using PayU’s payment functionality on the Zoho CRM dashboard will be registered as PayU merchants as well.”

With this integration, new users of the Zoho platform find an added app for the digital payment with a hyper-local platform. India is PayU largest market as account for more than 60% of the transactions for the companies across the 15 countries that it has the operation in, according to the Naspers report.
