According to analysts like Lara Greden from IDC, buying other companies and partnering up with them is a smart move by ServiceNow. She also said that small or new startups are often having the best AI technology. This means that acquiring such companies can help ServiceNow to get better AI tools quickly.

ServiceNow has simultaneously introduced its own generative AI and this basically means that the software can create things on its own based on the data stored in it. Jeremy Barnes, who works on AI products at ServiceNow, said they are also making it easier for customers to use this AI without having any expertise.

Another analyst Keith Kirkpatrick has meanwhile praised ServiceNow for focusing on making entire workflows smarter and not just on individual tasks. This means that instead of automating one thing, their AI can handle whole processes. This will save a lot of time as well as effort.
