Skalable Technologies revealed the launch of Skalable Stream; an accounts payable automation solution.
In a press release which has been revealed, Skalable explained that the stream operates as an add on app integrating AI to process accounts payable transactions. Designed for the organizations with a higher volume of payable, Skalable integrates into the Microsoft Dynamic 365 for operations and finance for easier reconciliation and accounting.
“Customers dealing with huge volumes of incoming vendor invoices and short accounting staff found Skalable Stream to be a valuable and cost-effective tool,” the company’s Founder Sunil Nelabhotla said in a statement. “It’s turned the challenge of invoice management into an automated process for them.”
Skalable Stream also has an aims to manage the entire lifecycle of an Online Invoice Generator from the recipient to payment and reconciliation, which allows companies to more seamlessly managed received bills, process and pay them and retain key data for their back-office financial management processes. The solution also help to integrates with the help of a NetSuite and some other enterprise resource planning platforms, the company revealed.
The ERP system is quickly becoming a target for AP automation solution providers as a platform to promote even a single source of truth for various financial processes. According to the IntelliChief Product, Manager revealed that the ERP could play a vital role in the invoice matching and payment process because of its ability to provide that single source of truth.
