Pluckk has prominent presence in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune. As of now, it operates on eight marketplace platforms. It currently connects farmers with over five lakh households. Its monthly delivery is more than 20 lakh products. All these make it a leader in the fresh food industry.

The startup has partnered with corporate giants like Amazon, Swiggy, Zepto and Blinkit. It has simultaneously collaborated with Indian food-tech startup Kook and all these have helped in increasing revenue.

Apart from all these, Pluckk has raised brand visibility with the contributions of its brand ambassador and Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Pluckk CFO Nelson D’Souza credits the growth to innovative approach, strong product range and strategic partnerships. He said that the company aims to double its revenue in the next 12 months and simultaneously has plans to expand to 15 cities in the next three years of time period.

However, it is undoubtedly true that the the success is largely due to its technological advancements. The company is listed on the ONDC server and serves 5 lakh customers. The technical team has developed a seller portal for farmers and ensures product traceability across 1,000 partner farms. It uses advanced hygiene methods like ozone washing and AI systems to help maintain product quality. It simultaneously optimizes pricing with auto pricing algorithms.

D’Souza stated that technology is crucial to every part of their operations. Their mission is to provide unparalleled freshness and convenience to customers.
