India’s most valuable startup, the online education provider Byju’s, is in talks to raise between $400 million to $600 million and then accelerate plans for an initial public offering next year, according to people familiar with the matter. The Bangalore-headquartered company could close the pre-IPO fundraising in a few weeks at a valuation of about $21 billion, said one of the people, asking not to be named because the details are private. The fundraising is likely to be split roughly evenly between equity and debt……..

Leap Finance, a fintech platform for Indian students pursuing higher education overseas, has raised $55 million in its Series C led by Owl Ventures. This is the second fundraise for the Bengaluru-based startup in 2021 which scooped up $17 million Series B in March. The fresh round also saw participation from Harvard Management Company, Inc. and existing investors Jungle Ventures and Sequoia Capital India

Fintech startup nova Benefits, an employee wellness platform in India focusing on corporate health insurance, has secured $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Susquehanna International Group (SIG) and Bessemer Venture Partners. Existing investors, which include Multiply Ventures, Better Capital, and Titan Capital have also participated in this round……….

Union Square Ventures and Prime Venture Partners have jointly backed EV infrastructure startup REVOS with a Series A investment of $4 million to fund the wide expansion of its peer-to-peer EV charging network and Smart EV platform for two- and three-wheelers. ….The startup will use the fresh funds to deploy EV chargers across India, and further strengthen its technology team…..Over the next three years, the startup plans to expand its charging network to one million chargers in 500 cities across India and other emerging markets, and to power several million two- and three-wheeler EVs.  ,,,,,,
