The company was co-founded by Malayali entrepreneurs Jikku Jose and Jibin Mathew. The inclusion of StoryBrain in FLIN places it among an elite group of startups and selected from more than 500 applications. It is set to pilot groundbreaking technologies with Flipkart’s product teams.
StoryBrain’s core technology “MediaSummary” is an innovation that is tailored for today’s digital shoppers. Consumers today are increasingly favoring videos over text and MediaSummary automatically converts e-commerce product descriptions into engaging short videos. The shift to video is a transformation of the process that people interact with digital content and StoryBrain is strategically positioned to lead it.
The leap into Flipkart’s network adds to the growing recognition that StoryBrain has achieved internationally. It is named one of Singapore’s top 25 AI startups by Google and a participant in the Google for Startups AI First Accelerator.
