Butterfly Learnings Raises INR 32 Cr for Children's Therapy & Support

Startup Butterfly Learnings has acquired a funding of INR 32 crore from various investors such as Insitor Impact Asia Fund and Enzia Ventures to help children with therapy and support. The fresh funding will help it to expand in more parts of India. They have plans to increase the number of centers to 200 and simultaneously enhance their therapy programs.

Butterfly Learnings CEO Sonam Kothari expressed excitement about the latest funding and she believes that the money will help them in reaching to more families as well as provide better therapy to children who need it.

Investor Insitor Impact Asia Fund has appreciated the company’s use of both clinical expertise and technology to help the children. They are confident that Butterfly Learnings will continue to grow and make a positive impact in the health segment.

Butterfly Learnings was founded by Kothari and Abhishek Sen in 2021. It specializes in helping children with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) and behavioral issues. They offer various therapies, including applied behavioral analysis (ABA), speech therapy and occupational therapy to the children with special needs.

The startup is currently operates in 30 centers across Maharashtra. It is serving nearly 2,000 families with the help of more than 250 trained therapists working in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Nasik.

Butterfly Learnings earlier acquired investments from Insitor Partners and 9 Unicorns. These investors are dedicated to supporting children with special needs and aims to be reaching to more families which are in need of their services.

Reports reveal that one in six children in the country aged between two and nine has at least one type of NDD. Butterfly Learnings is striving to address the issue and simultaneously provide support to the children as well as the families which are facing such challenges.
